For our fresh product if you are unhappy with same it is damaged or not in a good state we need to be advised within 48 hours or you receiving your package and we will need photographic evidence before refunding your monies in full (inclusive of P&H).
We note shelf life on the fresh product is 30 days (please store in the freezer to keep product fresher longer).
For our dried products and powders you have seven calendar days from receipt of your product to advise us of any damage or poor state of the product if you want a full refund (inclusive of P&H).
We note shelf life is 12 months for our dried products and teas as long as they are stored in a coo dry place and resealed in their foil packaging.
